This welcoming and unique property is adjacent to a Country Club nestled at the foot of a mountain. The landscape needed a refresh to compliment the home’s transitional farmhouse-style remodel. We designed a new attached pavilion in the same style for a seamless indoor-outdoor California room experience on a raised terrace. The pavilion houses a cozy kitchen & grill, sleek bar, TV, climate control, sound system, and inviting dining area. A pergola and trellis flank the modernized swimming pool and spa. To the expansive lawn, we added two natural stone patios, clean gravel and stone pathways, and elegant new plantings.
